Resum

This article uses part of a case study made of Spanish companies with investments in Morocco that represent a relatively important part of total Spanish investments in that country. The behaviour of these companies and the factors determining their investments are analysed on the basis of the assumptions made in the eclectic theory put forward by Dunning. The results obtained from the study are found to be compatible with the said theory.
