Reclamación por venta de perro de distinta raza, vicios ocultos y otros : comentario a la Sentencia de la Audiencia Provincial de Barcelona, Sección 16ª, de 9 de abril de 2013

The commented sentence has its origin in the lawsuit brought by the buyer of a supposed toy poodle dog against the store that sold the dog. The claimant sued the store for compensation because the dog was not of that breed and it had not been registered in the Spanish Book of Origins, as well as payment for hidden defects, for the veterinary treatment that the dog had to undergo in the weeks after its purchase. The sentence by the Provincial Audience agreed in part with the appeal, overturning part of the lower court sentence.
