Resum

The observed q2-dependence of the ηγγ and ππγ e.m. vertices is described in terms of VMD and simple quark-loop diagrams. The dual character of these two approaches (involving, respectively, qq-bound state or free quark propagators) is unambiguously established. © 1981.
