Presente y futuro de la investigación sobre las élites en la Cataluña del Antiguo Régimen

The concept of « élite », in recent historiography, finally substituted itself to those of state, dass, bourgeoisie. It is upon power élites that the stress in now put. Is there such a thing as the culture of élites ? Research concerning the présence of the book in the inventories of goods in Catalonia is now opening new prospects in that field.
