Resum

A case of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast diagnosed by mammography in a 26-year-old woman is reported. According to the current recommendations for the early diagnosis of breast cancer, it must be assumed that non-palpable malignant disease of the breast will be missed in the young asymptomatic population.
