Resum

The aim of the study is to validate parcial cardiopulmonary bypass and transesophagic echocardiography utility in the thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm. Our results suggest an improvement in some morbid parameters like renal and cardiac function after surgery, and we conclude that a multidisciplinary approach should be carried on to achieve best results.
