Le Regioni italiane tra crisi del modello e tentativi di riforma. Quale futuro?

The paper deals with the evolution of Italian regionalism from the reasons for its introduction in the Constitution to the problems of implementation and reform. Starting from the result of the constitutional referendum which rejected the constitutional reform, the work studies the constitutional jurisprudence that best illustrates the main critical aspects of Italian regionalism.
