Resum
This article presents a proposal of historical thinking competences education. 1) The historical-temporal consciousness related to human temporality, change and power over the future time. 2) The representation of history, such as narrative and historical explanation, for the reconstruction of the past. 3) The historical imagination, such as empathy and contextualization, with creative and critical thinking education, and moral judgments in history. 4) The historical interpretation based on the historical sources analysis, the comparison or the contrast of historical texts, and the knowledge of historical science working process. Our proposal of historical thinking education is related with democratic training for the citizenship
