La forma de representación de los trabajadores cedidos por las ETT a las empresas usuarias: ¿Es necesario un nuevo modelo?

One of the shortcomings of the regulation of temporary work agencies in our country is the scant importance attached to the collective rights of its workers, particularly those hired to be transferred to user companies. The aim of this paper is to analyse how the representation of workers within the framework of temporary work agencies is currently regulated, both legally and conventionally, to highlight the underlying problems and challenges, and to propose changes and possible reforms. There is no doubt that the current regulation does not adapt to a reality where productive decentralisation and the use of temporary work agencies is increasingly frequent.
