In this paper we reflect on the concept of business ethics , which has been eroding by companies that are administered in an unfair manner; also studied some cases of unfair competition recently committed in Colombia by some companies , which have exposed that should reflect on the relationship between legal and economic systems , which have generated a form of corrupt behavior or deflected into a business or part of those who direct , concluding that act ethically means committing to a set of values , norms and principles that should be reflected in the culture of the company , allowing them to develop socially responsible and adequate adaptation to all environments .
