Resum

Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS) is a hypersensibility reaction with an incidence of 1 to 3 cases per million of inhabitants. Nowadays its most common etiology is the Nevirapine, and its morbi-mortality depends on the skin area affected, internal organs affected and neutropenia level. We report a case of SJS with an erosive vulvitis as a clinical debut after dubbing Nevirapine dose in a HIV + patient, stressing on the treatment and follow up of the lesions and its consequences.
