Resum

The regulation of the constitution and designation of preventive representation of workers faces new challenges, as a result of the irruption of new forms of business organization based on the collaborative economy. Decentralization and the disappearance of the physical reality of the workplace negatively affect work occupational safety and health, since they atomize representation, and may even eliminate it. These circumstances make it necessary to rethink the role of social agents, either from the perspective of the effectiveness of the options offered by the LPRL or from the provisions implemented in collective agreements.Given this scenario, this article focuses on analyzing the current state of the conventional framework of preventive representation, examining for this purpose the possibilities of collective bargaining to increase the effectiveness of the regulation of the LPRL
