Resum

The hylemorphic model morally founded the discovery, conquest, colonization and evangelization of the New World. The difficulty and determination of the enterprise, and the subsequent fruits that it brought, served, in turn, as an image or replica of the conquest of the soul, in which, thanks to prayer, meditation and contemplation, man will discover and conquer a treasure, and you will shape the matter. If the treasure of the Indies is human (and collective), that of the soul is divine (and individual), but both require to be discovered, conquered, shaped and governed by divine law.
