Delincuentes económicos y justicia restaurativa en la ejecución de la pena

The evolution from a strict concept of restorative justice to a broader one allows it to be implemented in the prison and in criminal areas where it was traditionally excluded because it was not able to identify any victim and where the concept community was more difficult to apprehend: economic crimes. This work explores the experiences that this new concept of restorative justice begins to offer in prisons at the international level. The analysis of the advantages it offers in this phase and, above all, of the possibilities it offers for the reintegration of the economic offender will be the theoretical framework to make some concrete proposals for their introduction into a prison practice, such as the Spanish, orphan of this type of initiatives.
