Del discurso a la acción, ¿cómo se forman y transfieren la formación, los docentes de Ingeniería en Chile?

Universities in Chile, regard teachers' training as a fundamental aspect for improving teaching quality. The Faculties of Engineering of the Universidad Católica del Norte in Chile have developed a new curricula and a training program. The aim of this contribution is to present a research which main goal is the evaluation of the transfer and impact of the training program.
