The Deliverable reports on the legal and ethical framework designed for the call for test and demonstration data, as well as all issues related to LEAs compliance with the requirements set out in the SPIRIT project. Furthermore, it includes the results of the Supervisory activity of the SPIRIT Ethical Advisory Board, the two semi-annual reports from M6 and M12, already presented at the plenary meetings. It includes a Handbook on Ethical and Legal Procedures. This Handbook intends to simplify the landscape of ethical and legal duties applicable to all partners of SPIRIT. It will also work as training materials for both researchers and LEA representatives to ensure that they are aware of all measures in place (operational, institutional and technical). D9.5 contains an update of the Incidental Risks and Findings policy, after the Workshop with SPIRIT Leas that took place in Oxford on June 10th 2019. It also outlines the next steps to be taken towards the implementation of the SPIRIT Regulatory Model.
