N2 - SPIRIT Project. Scalable Privacy Intelligence Analysis for Preserving Identities. Deliverable 9.1 provides the Informed Consent Templates Forms to be used during the requirements and use-cases elicitation activities and the evaluation phase of the SPIRIT project. Section 2 provides some insights regarding informed consent within the processing of personal data in the SPIRIT research activities. Section 3 includes a working template of the consent form that will be completed by participants involved in Task 2.1, T. 2.5 of Work Package 2. Section 4 provides an informed consent template form for the evaluation activities of the SPIRIT Platform planned in Task 8.5 of Work Package 8.
