Resum
In this paper we analyze the university teaching practices from the perspective of gender. Specifically, we analyze the relationships of care and provision between teachers and students from different courses at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, during the period 2004-2008, through his speeches on didactics skills employed. 45 interviews were conducted. We have built a framework of implicit conceptions of care and provision which differs by gender, degrees, teachers and students.
