© 2018 Fratelli Lega Editori, Faenza. Study of seven inscribed pedestals found in the 19th century in Tusculum, which would be part of the decoration of the theatre/forum complex of the city and mention names of historical personages - M. Fulvius [Nobiltor] and a Q. Caecilius Metellus - together with mythological names - Orestes, Pylades, laso, Telegonus and Telemachos - and a Greek dramatic author, Diphilos. An interpretation of the whole which includes them all is proposed, putting them in relation with the activities which would be carried out in the theatre and framing them in the cultural, literary and «artistic» context of the time.
