Resum
The political attitudes among Spanish workers, both during the dictatorship and in the transition, have been of scientifc interest. But they have also been a key argument to justify or naturalize the outcome of the process of political change in our country. The aims of this paper are to observe the role played by the perception of these political attitudes in the strategic design of the union, as well as in the process of union-building.
