Resum
The essay deals with the current notion of labour supply in Italian labour law. With reference to above, the attention will be focused, first of all, on the elements allowing to distinguish between labour supply and other relevant labour law institutes, governed by different rules, as temporary agency work and transferring of company branch. In the second part, the implications descending from certification of a labour supply agreement will be investigated. The analysis will concern the procedures and requirements indicated by competent commissions to certify a labour supply agreement and, finally, the possible effects of certification towards third parties, not directly involved in the labour supply agreement, with specific reference to contractor’s workers.
