N2 - The results of surgical interest of the anatomical study of the pre- axial polydactylism of the foot, are presented. The distribution of the extensor and flexor tendons, as well as the arterial circulation show a functional and blood supply defficit in the radio, that for the clinical and radiological appearance, it appears most adequate to its conservation in the surgical treatment. It is to be noted, that in a pre-axial polydactylism of the foot, an elaborate pre-operative study must be made to determine the toe of the radio that should be preserved.
