Resum
This document aims to gather theoretical and practical contributions about teaching
training practices that incorporate and promote the use of ICT in order to define criteria for the design of Higher Education Teachers Training1 with ICT.
The analysis of the changes that suppose the ICT in the processes of teaching and
learning in Higher Education has been the focus of different investigations in the last years.
These works show that the teacher must reconceptualize their role as a teacher and create a set of situations and reward structure that encourage students to look upon their interactions with their peer as valuable resources for learning
