Employment pacts in railways in Spain

The main objectives of the project are: to increase awareness and understanding of the contribution of collective bargaining to the improvement of employment and competitiveness in European railways and the electricity sector; to focus in particular on explicit agreements, which link activities to protect and create employment with different measures to improve competitiveness in this sectro; to enablepolicy makers and negotiators of all three parties to acquire new ideas based on the analysis of innovative agreements.
