Descripció

The research analyses changes in employment configuration since the nineties considering employees' resources and related rights in nine countries, articulating national trends and the impact of European integration process. It involves quantitative assessment of resources flows, analysis of institutional settings of entitlements to and management of social benefits, survey of reforms in pensions regimes and active labour market policies, and patterning of population. Moreover, a mapping of the European research area in the field of resources and rights linked to employment and social protection and the set up of a progressive association process with others researchers teams will provide the basis for a European network of excellence.
