Designing an AI-Enriched Hyflex Learning Community for Higher Education Teachers

The primary objective of the project is to enhance the hyflex design and delivery skills of university teachers and build the
capacities of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The project also aims to achieve the following specific objectives:
* Develop training modules to teach HEI faculty how to design and deliver hyflex courses
* Create an online collaborative working environment called HyComm-LAB for HE staff.
* Build a hyflex community
* Raise awareness about Hyflex teaching practices

IMPLEMENTATION:

*Capacity Assessment and Focus Group Meetings
*Organizing Co-Creation Program and Developing Training Modules
*Organizing 64 hours of piloting training with teachers
*15-day Staff Exchange among HEI institutions
*Enlargement hyflex community
*Organizing EU Dissemination Conference and Hyflex Teaching Workshops

RESULTS:
* HyComm LAB online platform
* Hyflex delivery kit
* 9 modules hyflex education content including AI integration into Hyflex delivery
* Well-established and dynamic hyflex community
* Comprehensive capacity assessment and policy report
