Descripció
It is widely recognized that work significantly impacts the well-being of workers. This dataset comprises data on work organization and workers' health enabling the exploration of their relationship. Specifically, it contains variables pertaining to 3 main blocks: a) sociodemographic characteristics; b) labour management practices and psychosocial risks factors; and c) general and mental health, drug consumption and sickness absence/presenteeism. Data was collected between January and March 2023 by means of an online self-administered questionnaire, and it relates to the baseline of a Panel-type cohort study to be carried out annually. The sample is composed of n = 1824 salaried workers, aged 25–64, residing in Spain. OTS PANEL can represent a valuable information source in Spain to contribute to generate solid evidence for research and for decision-making to improve the living and health conditions of the working population.
